What a wonderful giveaway. I am just now trying my hand at applique and get quite frustrated with the difficulties I am having, especially with the needle-turn applique. These books are just what I am looking for to help me work on the correct techniques. I would love to be entered in the drawing if there is still time. Thank you.

I have admired both books at quilt stores. How generous of you to offer them as prizes. So many ideas and great links on this page. Thank you.

As I get older, the primitive style appeals to me more and more. I like that this style is more assymetrical- like my life!

What a great combination of prizes! I love the look of folk art, and I have wanted a copy of your book on easy applique for quite a while now. I'm still in the "learning stage" with my efforts to applique, and these would both be great to help me along in my applique journey.

Yumm, don't you love the wool applique in addition to traditional piecing - adds so much interest. Thank you for the opportunity.

I used to do folk art painting and then got hooked on patchwork - it'd be great to combine the two - the book looks like a great inspiration.

I've been following your blog for a while now and really enjoy it. This is the first time ever that I've responsed to a blog for a give-a-way, but these books are so appealing, I had to leave a comment. Maybe I'll have first timer's luck.
